cavanaughs headhouse ext 600 587x0The Philadelphia Pickwick Club was founded on February 24th. 1981 by Michael Harwood ( The then owner of what was then known as "The Dickens Inn" and today is known as "Cavanaughs"), The Dickens Inn/Cavanaughs is in the area of Philadelphia known as Headhouse Square, part of the olde city of Philadelphia. Dickens

The club meets formally three times per year at the Dark Horse Tavern in celebration of Charles Dickens.
